Luke Ahmet

Trained at the Royal Ballet School, Luke danced with K Ballet (Japan), Scottish Ballet and Rambert before commencing his career as a freelance dancer, during which he has collaborated with choreographers such as Wayne McGregor at the Paris Opera. Luke was nominated for an Olivier Award for his performance in Mark Baldwin’s The Creation.

Luke created Ruffle with Carlos Pons Guerra at Rambert; and has since performed the duet internationally as part of both Rambert and DeNada. He was part of the research and development for Mariposa and has assisted Carlos as ballet master.
